Health Insurance

Sen. Jeff Denham (R-Modesto) introduced legislation (SB 151) that would authorize a personal income tax and corporation tax credit for qualified health expenses. The bill would require that any portion of the credit that is not used by the taxpayer be refunded (Bill Text, 1/29).
