This snapshot shows that while health care spending growth has slowed, if left unchecked, it will represent 19.5% of the U.S. GDP by 2017. The report looks at the drivers of these costs, with details on California where available.

This fellowship offers health professionals the leadership skills to shape a more effective health system. Up to 30 physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and others are selected annually to participate in the part-time program. Applications are due May 15, 2008.
