Health Affairs Pieces Examine Reform Law's Calif. Impact

A Health Affairs article estimates that the federal health reform law can extend coverage to 3.4 million additional California residents in the coming years. The journal also includes a commentary from Kim Belshé, former secretary of the state's Health and Human Services Agency and member of the California Health Benefit Exchange.
