San Diego County Launches Campaign To Combat Obesity

On Wednesday, San Diego County officials unveiled the Healthy Works initiative, which features projects to promote physical activity, access to healthy food and healthy school settings. The initiative stems from a two-year, $16 million grant under the 2009 economic stimulus package.
