I am a Qualified candidate for this pool that was suppose to be a Quality and AFFORDABLE insurance for those of us with Pre-Existing conditions per President Obama. The pool is set up just as Pres. Obama initiated for people like myself... BUT WHERE IT FAILS US IS "AFFORDABLE" as the premiums have been set up for failure and non affordable for even the lower middle class people! SAD! That is all I can say is SAD and unfortunate for those of us that need the insurance!

If this doesn't exemplify HCR's failure then I don't know what does. The greatest benefit was to cover those who need it most and it still fails to do even this. Yet we still have the enormous costs, increase of an already bloated infrastructure and - worse of all - the additional load in premiums to cover the program to jack up expenses for everyone else.
