OMG, now you only need to get three stars instead of four to get a bonus. Its like rewarding kids for getting "C's" on their report cards instead of "B's". But then, isn't this what this Administration is all about? Next year the A and B students will all be C students, the following year, most likely all D and F students will become C students as we push towards equal care for all with the ACA.
