When did California remove the law that mandated that an active case TB patient be sent to a tuberculosis treatment center until cured?
California currently wants to refuse student admission to classes without the mandated vaccinations for communicable disease (as opposed to contagious disease)how can this active TB patient get away with not being held for treatment?
