Bill To Extend Drug User Fees Expected To Advance Quickly

On Tuesday, the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee is expected to mark up legislation that would reauthorize and modify the Prescription Drug User Fee Act. The full committee is expected to consider the bill on Thursday. Industry sources say the committee hopes to move the bill to the floor under a suspension of rules, a sign that it could move quickly.
