Not one mention of the real problem - THE STATE SPENDS FAR MORE MONEY THAN IT TAKES IN, NO MATTER HOW MUCH IT TAKES IN!!! Let's try solving that problem before the state looses more revenue producing businesses and residents. I will not vote to give the state any more revenue to waste until it has made serious cuts in the spending and stops running businesses out of the state with taxes and regulations.
