Medicare Advantage plans pay an important role in providing affordable Health Care coverage for our senior population to cut funding would be criminal. While the statement says funding cuts will not hurt beneficiaries needs to be explained further, MAPD plans as I mentioned decrease the beneficiaries out of pocket, cut the funding mean the plans will have to make cuts as well. So who really wins?

So, over 10 years~(1213-1222) $60 billion of the total US number of $714 billion is California's part--that's ~8%. Since we are ~11% of the US population didn't we get a deal?
