Survey: Many Med Students Don’t Understand ACA

Less than half of a group of medical students who responded to a survey about the Affordable Care Act understood the law's basic components, according to a new survey published in the Archives of Internal Medicine. Although most of the respondents oppose the ACA or have no opinion about it, a broad majority -- 69% -- agreed that physicians are professionally obligated to play a role in the law's implementation, the survey found.
