AAFP Launches Campaign To Promote Primary Care
The American Academy of Family Physicians on Thursday launched a campaign to promote the importance of primary care as a way to better coordinate care, keep patients healthy and cut spending. AAFP's five-year, $20 million campaign -- called Health is Primary -- will aim to help primary care providers adapt to changes in the country's health care system.
