Nearly 75% of Physicians Say Doctors Order Too Many Unnecessary Medical Procedures, Tests
Nearly three out of four physicians believe that doctors are ordering too many unnecessary medical tests and procedures for their patients and view this trend as a somewhat or very serious issue, according to a recent survey by the ABIM Foundation. About 600 physicians responded to the survey, which was funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
