Great article, one of the most important lines is: "health insurance offers tangible health and financial benefits" without a doubt this is a "Correct Statement".

Non-Hispanic white children now make up the minority of babies born in the US for the first time, according to latest census estimates, highlighting demographic changes that could reshape US government policy. By contrast non-Hispanic white people make up the vast majority of older Americans – 80% of the over 65s and 73% of those between 45 and 64.

Within Hispanics you will find a high percentage of un-insured, additionally those with Healthcare are not utilizing Health maintenance (Annual Physical Exams). Most Hispanic males have not visited a physician in over five years or more. A better study would be one that tells us what happens fifty years from now?
